There is nothing to be liked in the company, just the salary comes on time.

Zero job security. Even the VPs are not safe. They make a strategy and expect benefits from next day, then they another strategy on third day and expect benefits from the 4th and this cycle goes forever. Senior management staff from Czech is miles away from the reality of Indian market, yet they are taking fat pay cheques and adding zero value to the company. If you are someone who believes in honesty and transparency, then this is not the place for you.

...n home credit company. But must need to required some changes in this company. Like salary growth,Promotion criteria, Company should need to think about these consequences instead of blames to employees work. Overall very nice company and its a great platform to earn incentives. I have learnt about many things from this company which is more important when i work another company. Thats it

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, and growth is fast. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work late night also. And our managers is giveing good values to employees and appreciations. I love to work here.

...gement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

Work pressure is very high.You have to present in market 12 to 13 hours regular basis which is a pain sometimes.
