Like salary growth,Promotion criteria, Company should need to think about these consequences instead of blames to employees work. Overall very nice company and its a great platform to earn incentives. I have learnt about many things from this company which is more important when i work another company. Thats it

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i Love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.another plus point is that my colleagues come form various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation is decent.but growth is slow.i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client employees calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...onment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year

All over company was excellent but during the last period. I.e., 31st January 22 the decision of the company was not fair regarding the performer.

I want to explain only about backend processe there are lots of work but salary is very low and work is so high they have planned insensitive structure but they have applied lots of ncms police in Backend process if you want to join in Backend process they get ready for do your work like a dunki and for this you will gate nothing but there are lots of other departments that is more batter then backend processe I suggest you that if you are bignner then you join collection or tele sale process you will be happy forever
