I want to explain only about backend processe there are lots of work but salary is very low and work is so high they have planned insensitive structure but they have applied lots of ncms police in Backend process if you want to join in Backend process they get ready for do your work like a dunki and for this you will gate nothing but there are lots of other departments that is more batter then backend processe I suggest you that if you are bignner then you join collection or tele sale process you will be happy forever...Read More
