There is nothing you can like about this company . Never make a biggest mistake of your life by joining this organization .

Dislikes

...rything . They have nothing pros . It can be the best place to ruin your carrer. No skill development, no carrer growth,no compensation . The most pathetic part is the manager and TL . They hardly knows anthing but excpected everything to be done on a immediate basis . They have no planning,no management . HR themselves are not aware of their own policies . I wish i could ask someone ex employee before joining this hell so that i could save precious years of my carrer tenure .

Earlier management was good and culture and everything was good. But after the new manager and it’s leads came it became worst.

Dislikes

After the main man behind the company who made it from scratch when it comes to developing the previous manager left, they made 4 year experience person as leads who are misusing the powers provided to them like managers and the manager just sits and enjoy popcorn. No interaction with the people as he did in start when he joined. It’s truly said with a good manager company leads a good way and with bad vice versa.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
