Compensation is fair, but growth is limited. Had to work sometimes 10-12 hours straight sometimes if the client forces to finish the work

There is no proper hierarchy in the company..management- owner of the company with 4-5 cousin brothers are partial and are very less professional..but they surely know courtesy for women.. work pressyre is very high..work life balance-only work will become your life..

Hi-tech is one of the most leading organization in india.its business spreads around the India.it deals with govt project.i like about the most about this organisation is that for employee policy is best.

I was working in pnb headquarter dwarka delhi.i didn't want to leave this organization but as I had to lead my carrier in project line ,i requested many times for the same but no one listened me that's why I had to leave this organization but if it will give me chance in future as a project engineer i want to join this organization.overall it's a leading organization in India.
