Great training provided, endless learning in the field of HR and you gain lots of knowledge in your sector. My first step when I decided to join Hiringbooster was proven true. Overall I had great experienced while working with them.

I thought my closure were more as compared to my salary.

The company's communication is often unclear in terms of the end to end work for client, leading to misunderstanding and frustration. There is lack of transparency and it is difficult to get clear sense of company's direction of goals.

Their is pay is not good, that is critical situation for me

very good, there are definitely days when I consider external opportunities for better pay, but the workplace culture, collogues and company benefits here and fantastic and overall outweigh the financial aspect

working hours are more, it should be decrease else everything is fine here

Nice salary packages they are offering, authentic recruitment practice for job seekers. A place for new HR people to grow in HR field. and I love this.
