Fluid Work Culture, Better than market salaries for Starting Positions

Dislikes

Promotion Process, Management, Lack of Employee Management, Salary, Deceptive Job Description and Expectations by HR and Management. Expected to do whatever is required by buisness beyond your job description. Work volume promised is way surpassed as time progress. High work load for starting positions. Unsustainale buisness practices and incapable to meet promises mmade to employees.

Too much work load People are not paid adequately with respect to the work they do on a daily basis Promotions/IJP's are not based on performance but are based on how much you can chat your Manager's feet HR says we can take holidays, then the Manager says we should know better as employees and not take leaves. The best part is that they themselves will be on leave for that optional off. If you are a dedicated employee they will work you to death. No appreciation for quality/good work. Work life balance DESTROYED!!

There is nothing dislikes, unfortunately my reporting mangager Puneet kakade has demotivated me, insult with multiple words every week. Example - I work for 14 hours on a daily basis and was handling criminal background verification for US process and my Manager says - you work like a donkey which he not satisfied and so on .

I left First Advantage to join here. Biggest Mistake of my career. All good at first then Politics Started from HRs. They will involve for unnecessary reasons and will threat. I am leaving as soon as I get an offer.

No job security at all it has very partial and politically minded crowd around, Terminate employess even though the employee who is experienced in the same background stating OJT not cleared even though when there is improvement in the work, Hard to survive GOB BLESS ALL THERE 😇
