Management needs to be more supportive and indulging , equality should be there not just women empowerment. Also some managers (v) are biased for female employees

Too much work load People are not paid adequately with respect to the work they do on a daily basis Promotions/IJP's are not based on performance but are based on how much you can chat your Manager's feet HR says we can take holidays, then the Manager says we should know better as employees and not take leaves. The best part is that they themselves will be on leave for that optional off. If you are a dedicated employee they will work you to death. No appreciation for quality/good work. Company is good but Team leaders and supervisors will not treat employees equally and will not listen for process developing suggestions They always stick on seletive people.and in this good employees are missing opportunities for carrier growth Please i would request treat and listen every employee what they are saying just simply do not ignore Knowledges people are promoting in QC without process knowledge...Read More
