I came here with 6 years experince but for promotion my experience becomes NIL nd company appoint fresher with salary around 50000. This is totally unfair we trained all new comers but my salary in only 20000 how HUL say that they don't discriminate. Company is good but management and some policies of compensation is too bad. Still some office assistant grade employee are harassed there.

...ell communication, training process is so beautiful, motivated, Very good job security, good carrer opportunity, payment in right time, flexible and comfortable travel policy, good for learning about your ability, good work environment, and also very good work life balance.

Good Compensation and benefits. Opportunities to switch roles internally into diverse roles, Brand value.

Dislikes

Bureaucratic. Cannot grow here without viability at Director level. Managers have tendency to push work down and just follow up. 360 degree performance review with multiple stakeholders to be introduced instead of dependency on single manager to define your growth and success. Need more dynamic managers/ leaders who prioritize company growth beyond their growth and visibility.
