Lots of thing we learn from this company. Likes sales, distribution. Instant decision has to taken while working. It's depend upon the work. We can learn more things from MIS job, that's helps to gain the knowledge of excels and softwares.

Salary, promotions are not happened for the past 4 years. There is no improvement in this company. Whatever you joined in this company, you will be worked at the same position forever. Lot of pressure will received while working. Most of them gives the hope but nothing will happen.

... of back end works even on holidays like Sundays festival we are forced to work. They offer a very good package but they will keep on poking it. Worst culture no respect for employees, they will not ask you to resign but the manager will corner you to the core with lots of Unparliment languages.

Healthy work atmosphere with minimum work load with good support with the management, was able to maintain work life balance

Salary part was not that satisfactory, people who are outsourced has no benefits compared to direct employees

The career growth and the compensation are extremely good and opportunities are always there to grow

Politics as usual and the amount of pressure is high and not secured job as u lose any time it job if any policy violation or on non performance

Salary is very good, ontime salary, brand value accepted all of the doctor

Expense submission process very lengthy, manager does not give you a time to settle and understand the process from day 1 to give 100% sales, even management does not give you a time understand the brand, how this sales works, they want everything we knew about company policy, HR not interact properly.Skill development and training team very poor does not even know how to give a training.
