the salary and perks are good; the medical facility is very good; work content is excellent but very hectic due to the work culture

its totally a manager's organization; no thought leadership; there are many challenges in work which are enjoyable and very much doable but due to lack of leadership nothing gets accomplished; no autonomy in work- every level looks to the level above for direction due to lack of information dissemination; business has zero vision of its own- they are just followers of the market leader ; zero transparency in promotions and role changes; its an organization for complacent employees

You don't get promotion properly You don't increment Didn't get salary too much in a days on basic 15k now a days what to do in 15k Job security zero...! I don't suggest any one this company

In any company ethics and culture are depend on your immediate Bosses. In HUL, most of the fsce are drinkers. They used to call sometimes at 11.30 pm night.

I have been working for two and a half years today. Big companies are very good companies. There is a lot of demand for the product in the market. Use of Company Boss is also good. I am still working for this company today.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good .appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiness.
