...ed google rating as five.The company owner IFRA NAAZ and SYED ANAS are scammers. They will make u work for a whole month and will not give u salary saying the target are not achieved.The will hire u saying full time employee and when the salary day comes they will disappear.

... job disguised as a full time position. They'll set unrealistic targets for you. During salary payment, Ifra Naaz will manipulate and gaslight you into thinking that whatever they have paid is still much more than you deserve. Salary and salary days are also not fixed. First company I have worked with as a full time employee and had the worst of experience of my life. Writing the review here so that you guys don't waste your time here. They might have good followers on LinkedIn but it is a small business with little to no work environment. Also, salaries are paid with the use of UPI and Paytm. Sometimes they'll also say things like skip your lunches and work on weekends (which is just one)

The worst experience I ever had. No salary they will terminate you without any reason in fact they hadn't told to candidate you are terminated. Worst culture in the organization. Some they didn't give the lunch time to had lunch if you not competed your daily task they not allow you to go home. They use to take overtime but there no salary of overtime.

...re for few weeks, no training was provided and directly work was assigned to us. They will make you work for 9 hrs straight for a peanut salary. Targets based salary , also the freak Sir don't even know how what professional ism is , he literally threat candidate to join the other company for their benifits. Also they hire many candidate's now and then take work for them and then left them without answers, all in all ONLY LABOUR NO PAY !! One of the worst company to work . Do not let yourself come in their fake promises, they do it every month with all the candidates.

The worst company I have ever worked for...they didn't pay the full salary as asked in the interview. Even they asked every employee to stay in the meeting with open camera through the whole day. If you are not able to pay the full salary, then you have no right to ask the employee to stay in the meeting throughout the day. They guys didn't have any personnel management policies in their organization.
