In Avtec the permanent opraters were on the straeke so that relation of management and union is not good. I think when the company will growth we shall growth.

I have been working there for past 25 years and I'm having a level of experience which I learnt a lot from there .The working in that company is really satisfied me and we work happily in collaboration .Treating is good and etc etc

No nothing like that ......anything is there too dislike .....I enjoyed a lot and learnt as much as I enjoyed there.

though long time back... it was a small family kind of work culture. gives ample scope for work - life balance.

more conservative approach to market, limited aggression shown at the top management which leads to innovation and energy being lost down below
