No stipend from half of April month. Even though we are allocated work load to teach online classes, still unpaid for the past 3.5 months.

Dislikes

... planning to pay their salaries. Paid staff on Rolls are not paid full salaries. They are not even informed as to how much of their salary is being credited and on what basis the salary is being released. Management is not just effective cost-cutting operation. It should have good personnel and HR relationship with the employees.

The students their lives their education that is what drove me.

Dislikes

...touts. No attenders, No cleanliness of toilets. No person to clean staff cabins. You should do everything by yourself and do 4 people's task and get peanuts as salary. Work timing is 8.30 to 4.15 and never will be able to go home early due to task pressure. No work like balance. Go home open the laptop. Always deadlines are end of day.

The Students were more understandable to Mentor & collaborate unlike the superiors in Department.

Expired Deadlines or unrealistic deadlines without knowing the nature of the work, very poor Human Resource management atrocious infrastructure rules which reduced the efficiency. wished to Change it and ended up changing from it.

Never seen such a worst college in my life time, termination might be done at any time without any proper intimation, any time salary will get cut without any intimation, many staff members been terminated with out any intimation 3 days prior to covid lock down. Till now no staff members were settked with proper gratuity. HR dept is one of the patgetic dept, i waa cheated for about Rs 4.5 lakh in that institution. Definitely mallu people can work there happily. Those whi are hapoingvfemake child, never join your ward in that institution, her life will be ruined. Note : i dont have any single good thing to share with that institution To be frank, i feel ashamed myself to work in that patgwtic institution.

Likes

Working in HITS is actually stress free. The environment is pleasant and has greenery everywhere. The staffs and admin people are friendly.

Dislikes

Due to COVID nowadays the job is little pressurized as it is online. Before COVID it was not like that. Hope the situation will soon come to normal.
