The HR is a crap, No secretary to do secretarial jobs, no papers to take printouts. No attenders, No cleanliness of toilets. No person to clean staff cabins. You should do everything by yourself and do 4 people's task and get peanuts as salary. Work timing is 8.30 to 4.15 and never will be able to go home early due to task pressure. No work like balance. No stipend from half of April month. Even though we are allocated work load to teach online classes, still unpaid for the past 3.5 months.

Dislikes

Paying salaries or stipends is a mutually agreeable aspect. When someone is working, it is under a minimum expectation of payment. If there is a grievance from the employee side, there should be a proper channel to address it where we can get a solution. We need people to listen and address and find solutions for the grievances. Everybody knows that everyone is undergoing through financial stresses, but a good management should be able to keep the employees informed of what the management is planning to do regarding the salaries. It is now more than 4 months since the lock-down started, but still the employees are not informed as to how the management is planning to pay their salaries. Paid staff on Rolls are not paid full salaries<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They are not even informed as to how much of their salary is being credited and on what basis the salary is being released</mark>. Management is not just effective cost-cutting operation.
