Exposure to technical environment of Ashok leyland and culture. Good work life balance,Food and transport facilities.

...n core technical activities and focuses more on CAD design and other activities. Hinduja tech has poor pay and appraisals in Ashok Leyland compared to main Hinduja tech office. 90 days notice period can be bought out but it depends on Ashok Leyland approval which is huge disadvantage.

...n as a external that too only few clients. If not then bench is the only option. If you will be on bench for long term in year then no hike, they gave rating 2 with no change in ctc. Graduate engineer trainee are on bench from more then a year. No scope for trainee as client also wants experience candidate.

Dislikes

Below par salary, no recognition, low hikes, favouritism, politics, intense workload at times, lack of empathy to employee concerns, improper/no guidance from seniors (depends on the team and peers maybe), and importantly poor job security. It doesn’t matter even if you wish to go an extra mile, the manager will prevent you from taking that step. Because won’t that upskill you and open the door to demand better compensation? Pathetic experience!
