I like everything where there is no pressure to do OT or to do 100 plus cases . They are giving good salary and hike where the TLs , Gls , Assistant Mangers, Mangers are friendly relationship where as they teach us if we are not able to understand anything they explain us in there own language which are understandable. No forcing to quite the job if we are unable to reach our commitments Am excited to work here for more years.

2 years of bond papers should not be there to anyone

I liked the environment of working and Good management. Team mates are very supportive. The policies of the company is very good we can do the work in a chilling with the music on the floor it keeps our mind refreshed & we can do the work faster. It is the best for freshers to start there career.

Dislikes

Compared to the graduation of MBA the salary is very low. It has a pressure to do work and work only every time.

Likes

Team members are too social and too friendly with each other. Training is good. Job security there is no assurance in job. Work environment is Quite polite.

The Career growth is not that much what we expected. The Salary and appraisal also not there While we join they told for one year they will give appraisal but We completed almost 15 months but still no update on appraisal to us. Still not even a single rupee Bonus is credited from the company side. The work pressure is also so high almost daily we are working for 12-13 hours but they are not even paying Overtime money also not even Saturday extra payment money also. We cannot balance our life by working through here...

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all
