Everything here is good except salary. Teammates are very good, training is so awesome they will give training on real tym basis how to handle the customers

In this company salary is low that is enough for pg rent & 1month expenditure. That's it we can't save single rupee for our future. Eventough if we save it will not go beyond 10 k in a year .Drawback in this company is salary.

The company provides snacks and sweets on special occasions and also there is free hot beverages available. The cab service is also okay

There is no significant hike in your salary. Learning stops at one point. Systens and headset are of poor quality and managers want you to leave after an year

...rned many things but it's not right place for career growth and to earn money...cheating happening towards basic salary and job positions....

I can assure that training will be the one where people can feel comfortable. Once after the training it will be tough to get into production floor and especially while handling calls for a week.One way cab facility will be offered to the employee. I don't see a politics as of now. Work environment will be like ok!!. Team leaders motivates each employee to improve their performance. Can learn something about technical issues faced by the customers in their day to day life.

Salary might be the issue apart from that no issue with the work load.

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all
