I even reported his behavior to the HR department, but given the company's political hierarchy, I don't believe any action will be taken. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing to say about like it's the salary is on time at all the time almost a 90% accurately given the last day of month.

Many more, no induction, no HR meet after onboarding, hike is not given on performance basis, no leaves data.
