I even reported his behavior to the HR department, but given the company's political hierarchy, I don't believe any action will be taken. I want to advise everyone not to compromise their self-respect. Before joining an organization, carefully consider the department and the manager you will be working under. I experienced all of this nonsense firsthand, and it's important to prioritize your well-being and dignity in your professional life..

... and it’s an overall view all we have to learn our own when u actually work.There is lot of attrition as many of them leave the company very soon so due to less salary and more work ,they show very less respect towards personal life,we can work here for gaining experience.
