Whenever we sought clarification on any doubts, he would respond with comments like, "tum log ko fokt salary bhait kr kha rahe ho," which was the final straw for me, leading to my decision to leave the organization. I even reported his behavior to the HR department, but given the company's political hierarchy, I don't believe any action will be taken. I want to advise everyone not to compromise their self-respect. Before joining an organization, carefully consider the department and the manager you will be working under.
