I even reported his behavior to the HR department, but given the company's political hierarchy, I don't believe any action will be taken. I want to advise everyone not to compromise their self-respect. Before joining an organization, carefully consider the department and the manager you will be working under. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

HGS is a best place to start career as a fresher. Company/my leaders gave me opportunities to learn the things and improve my skills and upgrade myself.
