One main good thing is about Job security, as far as I know no one is removed from the Job. And work culture is moderately good, and pressure depends upon the department you are working in. In terms of career, there are people who became assistant manager in 3.5 years. You need to perform good and position is approchable

Dislikes

Compensation is lowest in HGS when compared to competitors. Company wont compromise on quality nor on salary bcs of which employees are leaving the organisation. Most of people served few years bcs of low wrk pressure, used to complete wrk in 5 hours and hang around for 3-4 hours, this continued till such kind of process stopped. And now bcs of increase in pressure, and with same salary people are leaving org. During COVID-19 its more like advantage to company. No additional incentives to employees, and incentives plan changed, so employees are not ok with it. They are literally waiting for the pandemic to complete so that they can leave it. Management should consider all these factors.

Good pay. Diwali gifts. No Variable upto Deputy Managers. Good leave policy and holiday calendar.

Dislikes

No Learning and Growth. The OD team is running behind by 10 years. The management lacks experience and expertise. Extreme micro management. They preach coaching and fail to follow it. Managers, DGM and AVP are self obsessed and intolerant towards new minds/ideas/observations and suggestions. They hire experts and treat them like new trainers. Poor work culture as this team demands to be available 27/7 and call at night and on weekends. No certification or training for the team.

Job Security and the company work culture is outstanding and cannot be matched with other organization. Every employee is respected no matter their age, caste, work or designation.

Compensation is moderate, have opportunities to improve

Highly secured workplace. Nice cab facility. I am thankful for giving me a job without experience.

Less salary, less flexibility, no work from home facility.too much work pressure and overtime. Senior people should be more friendly with new joiners.

...e efforts put in equally, they don't care about you if they just don't like you. They under pay you despite having big clients like viacom and jiohotsar and they pay you peanuts and expect the world from you, if you don't like politics this company will force you to be a part of it, TLs and manager will do things for some and not for the others. Nothing is properly documented so they just feel they can do anything to you and TLs there mostly except for one are all changing all the time , they won't make you grow there and will hire some fool from outside on a affordable salary , so what happens with such companies which are many in India, you end up having agents who knows the process better than the manager , what is the use of joing this company?? While I worked there TLs just joined and left, they will make you work over time and expect you to understand when it's business needs but won't pay you for over time. They said they will pay you 150 rupees for incentives which was for a day or two if you did about 200 odd cases, if your standards are low and you really are below the poverty line then maybe 150 rupees is a big deal to you but for people who want to grow then HGS is not the place for you.
