Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all

Good work environment and you will have 100 percent job security but coming to salary package it's very low and also you won't get good hike. If you are ready to work for less salary then you can go for it.
