no compensation,there is no career growth,salary is very low.this company is not for workmen.companys goal is big,but not for his employees only for his companies.very hard to survive with a little amount of salary in that time.no house for workmen,only for engineers and officers.

Hindalco is a very large company at Renukoot, U.P. The company invironment is very good and uses latest technology. Hindalco is a good college for development & job related training.

...iring overall growth is very slow. I am a performer and no fixed times at plant. There are very difference in salary from one employee to other employees.

What I like about working at Hindalco Industries is the dynamic environment and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects. The chance to work on complex electrical systems, such as the 400kV switchyard project, and the ability to collaborate with experienced professionals is really rewarding. The supportive management and the focus on skill development through training programs also make it a fulfilling place to grow in my field.

Additionally, navigating large-scale industrial environments often involves dealing with rigid processes, Salary , promotion which might feel restrictive at times. There could also be some limitations in terms of work-life balance due to the demands of the job.
