What I like about working at Hindalco Industries is the dynamic environment and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects. The chance to work on complex electrical systems, such as the 400kV switchyard project, and the ability to collaborate with experienced professionals is really rewarding. The supportive management and the focus on skill development through training programs also make it a fulfilling place to grow in my field.

Dislikes

...working hours or the pressure to meet project deadlines, which can be stressful. Additionally, navigating large-scale industrial environments often involves dealing with rigid processes, Salary , promotion which might feel restrictive at times. There could also be some limitations in terms of work-life balance due to the demands of the job.

Hindalco focusing on changing our culture like shillim 365. And focusing on our manpower behaviour changes.

Dislikes

Not salary structure as per experience and no proper focused Local management staff category employees only all benifit given for management category employees like give good % of incriment and huge variable pay etc

Culture, hospitality, environment ,safety and security, learning opportunity, movement from one unit to other, facility, low work pressure, hospital, accomodation, food and all facilities are available here.

Slow salary hike at the starting level, other than the shop floor there is good salary hike to managers and GETs.

This is one of the oldest Aluminium rolling mill since british priode, soon its compleated his 100th of year. from machine to factory structure 80% of them are imported from england, usa, canada, germany.

Dislikes

Working under contrac basic, and here no work no pay system for every offroll worker i am of them, in factory shed all worker are same here, there are no value of /diploma holder worker. This is only minus point.

Job security and work life balance is good. Freedom to do the job. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Inequality for different type of staff employees, inequality in salary structure.career growth is slow. On the job interview not given what is job work and responsibilities. And many policies of management which is not addressed our issues.
