What I like about working at Hindalco Industries is the dynamic environment and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects. The chance to work on complex electrical systems, such as the 400kV switchyard project, and the ability to collaborate with experienced professionals is really rewarding. Job security is the main reason why hindalco is the best place to work.

Dislikes

There is no salary benefits and no work life balance. You'll only get 1 promotion in 3-4 years minimum and the company culture is the worst. Employees only talk to the people who are higher than them in the hierarchical ladder and treat the juniors with disrespect.

Very slow career and salary growth hindalco industries is leading aluminum producing company but no benifit comes to ground leval but it is not a problem

Not salary structure as per experience and no proper focused Local management staff category employees only all benifit given for management category employees like give good % of incriment and huge variable pay etc
