...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot design.On the job training is not given to new joinees

Work culture is excellent.Encourages young talent which will pave way for their technical growth and values the input given by employees.

Compensation is not at par with respect to market during career start. However one can reach respectable salary after working for 3 years.

...s plant is in startup phase hence high work load and less skilled management. 7. Selection process is based on salary range only importance for skilles are minimal 8. Whole plant team need to improve to reach a standard working lifestyle

Additionally, navigating large-scale industrial environments often involves dealing with rigid processes, Salary , promotion which might feel restrictive at times. There could also be some limitations in terms of work-life balance due to the demands of the job.

Job security is the main reason why hindalco is the best place to work.

Dislikes

There is no salary benefits and no work life balance. You'll only get 1 promotion in 3-4 years minimum and the company culture is the worst. Employees only talk to the people who are higher than them in the hierarchical ladder and treat the juniors with disrespect.
