Every year salary hike with production incentive and variable seems a lucrative offer,but production incentive depends on the unit too.Manpower deployment for a certain job is more than enough

Politics in middle management,career growth is slow

Company always attract young talent. Initial package is average but after 2-3 year package is too high. Company is looking for multi skills.

Dislikes

Since there are multi layer structure hence individual performance not directly reflect.

1-People are welcoming 2- Job secured 3- Less compensation as compared to others 4- world of opportunities

Dislikes

If compensation could have been comparable with the industry, things could have been better for job satisfaction. Only this is missing in Hindalco.

... graduate working at Hindalco otherwise life becomes hell if you're an engineer. The cons of being engineer are low pay, partiality from manager, nil work life balance, depression, low morale, poor job location. But if you're an MBA you'll get opposite of every thing.

Dislikes

The grievances are not heard and addressed. You may toil day in day out the management becomes deaf. Application of policies at ground level is absent.

Likes

Good work environment, company policy are good. Job is secured. But zero tolerance for safety violation. Good support system during Covid.

Dislikes

Salary is decent. But carrier growth is slow. Canteen and cafeteria facilities needs improvement.
