Job security and work life balance is good. Freedom to do the job. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Inequality for different type of staff employees, inequality in salary structure.career growth is slow. On the job interview not given what is job work and responsibilities. And many policies of management which is not addressed our issues.

Good work environment and development.company police are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every yeary

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The company has a good work culture. But the lower level employees are not understanding the value of the company they are damage the work culture.

Dislikes

Compensation is the main factor for diploma engineers.

Hindalco is a very large company at Renukoot, U.P. The company invironment is very good and uses latest technology. Hindalco is a good college for development & job related training.

Dislikes

...iring overall growth is very slow. I am a performer and no fixed times at plant. There are very difference in salary from one employee to other employees.
