Very slow career and salary growth hindalco industries is leading aluminum producing company but no benifit comes to ground leval but it is not a problem

This is one of the oldest Aluminium rolling mill since british priode, soon its compleated his 100th of year. from machine to factory structure 80% of them are imported from england, usa, canada, germany.

Dislikes

Working under contrac basic, and here no work no pay system for every offroll worker i am of them, in factory shed all worker are same here, there are no value of /diploma holder worker. This is only minus point.

... only come on time to office. Do yours work after office time go home that's it. To bad experience nd big things is there no good salary. Overall Hindalco's group muri factory was thirdclass very bad. Please do someting about muri Jharkhand hindalco factory.
