Really shocked after reading review of Sr. PD Merchandiser , all fake things written , office starts at 9.30 not 8.30 and also she was a asst. Merchant not Sr. , Working environment is very good , zero politics and every single Merchandiser is friendly and helpful and people are working since more than 25 years and everyone can understand after seeing that review that this person is sick who can write such cheap thing , you can understand how cheap she is ! Lady VP is very respectful and hard working and anyone can meet the owner there is no restriction , yes off course she is strict when its come to work thats is reasonable !

No, there is no security of Job, no balance in job responsibilities, owners asked anythings at anytime and told you don't know anything. Owner always takes reports of one task from 10 people and cross check with others. If you have options please don't Join.

Owners does not wont to run smoothly operations and plan.

Very good working environment, freedom to work , some set rules which need to be followed , which is again beneficial to both employee and employer , prod department is not co-operating ! Team head of merchandizing department is very cooperative and helpful! Contacted her to rejoin ! Let's see
