Really shocked after reading review of Sr. PD Merchandiser , all fake things written , office starts at 9.30 not 8.30 and also she was a asst. Merchant not Sr. , Working environment is very good , zero politics and every single Merchandiser is friendly and helpful and people are working since more than 25 years and everyone can understand after seeing that review that this person is sick who can write such cheap thing , you can understand how cheap she is ! No, there is no security of Job, no balance in job responsibilities, owners asked anythings at anytime and told you don't know anything. Owner always takes reports of one task from 10 people and cross check with others. If you have options please don't Join.

Nothing is good in Himanshu Apparels. Worst ever company in Garment Industry.

Dislikes

Mostly ladies environment and benefit giving to them those who are work for VP and other senoiors for their personal favorable work. Lady(VP) is next to the owner and She is cheap mentality person who doesnt give value to work of employees and donot let employess to talk to owner personally. Mostly ladies do less work and more chitchat of inlaws. They have spolied the enviornment.

Work Details

I worked as Sr PD Merchandiser but they didn't assign any assistant Merchandiser to me. All seniors have to run to the different floors for different work. Its like more fatigue due to physical work. so basically there is loss of heath and other issues.

Over all its a good company and I have worked for very few months and reporting to VP merchandizing , she is strict and helpful as well ! All merchnadisers are good and supporting , no politics but as usual little gossiping are in every company , and yes that PD Merchandiser is insane who has targeted our VP merchandizing , she ishard working and strict ! No doubt thats the reason she is vice president and that PD Merchandiser who so ever has written that bad things , people can imagine his/her dirty mind and the reason for his/her non performance!
