...he company. No promotion for middle to lower level even if working for 15 years. Only seniors can get high salary and promotion. Close person of top senior can get growth even from lower level. There are huge partiality for works and salary and promotion and has politics.

Company salary structure is very bad,there is huge politics behind every employee,there is no facilities for except mahistikry unit employees,even not a single drink water available, no-one even know when companies management sake u,only higher level management employees get higher appraisal and increment,

Skill development is good, transportation facilities available if anyone placed in Singur plant,

I like Salary & Job profile, They give bonus but No appraisal from joining, No cafeteria, company policies are good but not implemented in Liluah unit, And teammates are very supportive.

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow....and from joining I didn't get any appraisal.

...and no ethics. Management even changes public holiday as per their requirement. No defined job roles no proper salary structure and no proper appraisal. Full of nepotism. Worst experience ever.
