I like Salary & Job profile, They give bonus but No appraisal from joining, No cafeteria, company policies are good but not implemented in Liluah unit, And teammates are very supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow....and from joining I didn't get any appraisal.

The management cares for the employees. The company is in robust growth mode and there is lot of opportunities for professional. CFO is an example for the whole industry, his leadership, humbleness and he is down to earth.

The immediate boss are always unsecured and taking credit.

Proprietary control over the company. No promotion for middle to lower level even if working for 15 years. Only seniors can get high salary and promotion. Close person of top senior can get growth even from lower level. There are huge partiality for works and salary and promotion and has politics.
