Freedom to work. Less politics in the plant. Everyone's opinion is acknowledged. Company provided transportation for pick-up and drop. You will get three times food (breakfast, lunch & dinner) at reasonable price. Good learning and growing culture.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
