With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. I have worked two years in this organisation. This organisation is such a great career growth platform for every employee.

Dislikes

Yes, I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Its a product based company so those who wants relexation after lots of years of working should be here.

Dislikes

The pin drop silence on the floor. The management politics with testers be it anybody. Anytime you could be fire if you are not meeting their requirements of following their rules you could be fired. I have survive 2 years anyhow. But would like to leave now just because I have a much things to learn so cant be in a product based for long term. No workfromhome.
