Good Salary and hikes are around 20 to 30% for each individual Fast tracked promotions for Junior employees having experience between 1-5 years You need to use this company to get good salary and hike and jump/move on to next company, definitely not a company for longterm growth

Anything can happen anytime, Company keeps laying off people very frequently and fresh graduates were hired and are put under Internship and once they prove they have been offered PPO and laid off with in 3months stating under performance Most of the people doesn't get a confirmation and company will layoff during probation There are multiple instances of company laying off people from Jr level up to VP level Very bad appraisal system and people are given random ratings ,if you are close to your manager you get good rating/promotion/hike and viceversa 5 days mandatory work from office Senior leadership in some segments are extremely bad and they do not have any empathy towards people working under them In all companies in Hyderabad, this is the company which has extremely poor work culture

If you are a fresh college grad, and looking for a job, this is a decent company. Note that, I am calling it decent solely because of the starting salary they offer which is around 8 lpa. Apart from the salary, there aren't many good things to talk about this company. They have this policy of office parties every quarter and moderately frequent team outings - if this interests you.

Firstly, the management lacks a clear direction. Policies change what feels like every 2 months in the name of a "Fast-paced culture". Honestly, it feels like they are rolling out changes and performing Beta testing on their employees. To them, the customer is God - this isn't necessarily a bad thing but it comes at the cost of employee's Work-Life balance. No one will directly ask you to work overtime, but indirectly, deadlines will be set in a way, you will be forced to work overtime as well as on weekends. At times, you won't even get allocation for projects you are supporting as Project Managers will ask you for favours. Promotions used to be good about 2 years ago. But now they have rolled out Auto pH (appraisal) where your KPIs are directly tied to your Project's success. In theory, this sounds good, but in reality, your KPIs get penalized even for client-ended shortcomings such as low adoption or client-ended delays. They boast a lot about how "transparent" this new system is, and how it removes "human biases" but, in reality, whatever rating you get is carved in stone. They will ask you to write a "Challenge Opera" if you feel your rating is incorrect, but it's a waste of time, as the outcome won't change. They will use their "corporate MBA terminologies" to counter your arguments and shut you off. Overall, there are several other shortcomings, but I only recommend this company to fresh college grads and I recommend them to switch within max 1-1.5 years after gaining a decent enough experience.
