Absolutely toxic culture, laterals get the heat of it most as they mould the remaining staff like that from beginning who have started with them as interns and turned to full time employee and thereon jumped ladders. They have stringent policies around 5 days a week and 9 hours to be logged after this u r expected to attend client meetings which might go beyond 12 in night. Micro management is instilled in everyone and you will feels eye on u through out. Its a worst place to be for laterals .. if you think you can learn a new product and continue mind you the exception is that u grasp everything within a month and be onboard. No scope of misses.

Salary and group medical insurance, which are quite decent.

Dislikes

company culture is pathetic. 80% of crowd is comprised of final year B.Tech students from KIIT and SRM. The senior leadership is made of these guys only, who joined 4-5 years ago as interns. The lateral hires are treated badly. No job security - you can get fired anyday. They conduct stupid quizzes and based on quiz score you can be fired. If your average work hour is less than 10 hours in any month during a calendar year, you will be fired. The company's CEO is founder also and does not get ground level report of what's happening. The products are waste. clients are not hapoy, but the company's focus is on making people come and sit for 10 hours in office. They ask the interns to give 5 star rating on glassdoor, ambition box and share posts on linkedIn, failing which job can be terminated.

Nothing at the current moment. Used to be amazing earlier.

...agement (party, oiling, snitching on your co-workers), you won't get promoted 2. If #1 doesn't work out, many put their papers after getting another offer and then negotiate to get promoted and increase their salary. Everyone is just blinded by the salary and not increasing their skillset. 3. Consulting projects are all trash because their senior consultants majorly have left and messed up project designs mean you would be put into never ending maintenance work 4. I did face racism too from a manager in the US. The person would pull everything on a 1:1 call. Now that they consider India just the delivery center and this manager is now promoted, be ready 5. Fake putrid HRs - Asking kids to write positive glassdoor review only to lay them off. Show off a fair appraisal system when they very well know how unfair it is. All of them are "Yes-man" to the CEO. Now they have started polluting LinkedIn too lol. 6. CEO is Dolores Umbridge precisely and has his chamcha as consulting VP now (named after a car engine oil). That dude should be promoted to class monitor. CEO wants to one up Elon Musk and when he has flares of male menopause, he would randomly reorg, fire people and when called out, have a meltdown at the townhall. 7. No matter how talented you are, you would start questioning your abilities and develop a massive imposter syndrome because of how weird and biased their appraisals are. 9. Laterals be ready to be managed by the whims and fancies of some 2020 college grads :) 10. Work life balance? What? Management will go Unga Bunga if you ask for WFH. They buy and then change offices but still it would feel claustrophobic like chickens getting carried in a van. Poorly planned return to office with no covid appropriate behaviour and designated places. Pathetic college behaviour with population exceeding office space.

Lakc of job security despite good pipeline, fluctuating culture and processes, CEO misses out on following the culture himself at the expense of innovation, Basic skills are not taught to Consulting, thereby, making the young engineers under-prepared to switch

Except salary there is nothing which we can treat as good thing.

Dislikes

1.They have fired so many good experienced employees and not only experienced they have taken a lot of freshers and within 3 months they are forcing to resign those freshers very randomly. They are telling we are doing it on performance basis but it is just a lie. 2.And on e more important thing is groupism and politics in the lower posts, a fresh minded candidate can't work in such a environment. 3.The final suggestion should be don't go for money just think about the next step. If you join this company any time you get fired.
