It's a terrible company to work for. As of my experience nothing is there to like and recommend this company.

...g for this company is Work during weekends , there is no weekend holidays here . They will tell you weekends are holidays but believe me you'll be having work that too without any pay , no benifits for Overtime. Don't ever imagine about growth if you are joining this company. Most of the project that they have is atleast a decade old ones. Using outdated tech. If you try to do something innovative. It won't be appreciated. And they follow micro micro management. In my case my manager is a trash , no recognition for any of the good work , only complaints. He'll try to put issues from his side on our head. They don't care for their new employees , all they care about are the ones who has been there for atleast 10 years. I regret every moment working in this company. NOTE: This is my experience with this company and it may vary [in most scenario No].

I got an opportunity to work on multiple projects and its a great learning experience. The team I am working with is very supportive and the seniors are excellent guides which helps to enhance my skills. Overall the work environment is excellent with great work culture.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
