Salary on time is good nothing other.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience working at Hidden Brains. While there were positive aspects of my time with the company, I must express some concerns about the work-life balance, salary increments, and the inclusion of a bond agreement. Unfortunately, I found that the work-life balance at Hidden Brains was not as conducive as I had hoped. Balancing professional responsibilities with personal commitments became challenging at times, impacting my overall well-being. Additionally, I observed that the salary increments did not always align with the level of work and dedication put forth by employees. This aspect of compensation left room for improvement and did not fully recognize the contributions of the team. Moreover, the inclusion of a bond agreement in the job contract was also a notable concern. This requirement seemed restrictive and did not foster a sense of mutual trust between the company and its employees.

...experienced people too. Lot of challenging work, and opportunity for all policy. Job security is ever a question, and very good appriasal process and salary is also very good. Tremendous support during COVID-19 pandemic. CEO and Directors are always reachable which shows open door policy culture.
