Learning is good here, as long as you don’t end up in support projects.

Dislikes

Appraisals will not be provided on time. There is limited flexibility in work hours. Opportunities for development may depend on luck; otherwise, you might end up in support projects, which could hinder your career growth.

No job security. No one will help you to grow in this company. Very poor environment and no comfortability to work there.

Dislikes

No job security. Even after signing bond they fire their employees. Terribly very harsh behaviour with co-workers. I dint learn anything from working there.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
