Hi I have 3 year Diploma in EE and currently working as a Assistant manager .I have total 15 yr experience. 5 year as a service engineer and 10 year with Facility Project and construction in Electrical Department.According to me my current salary is not as per my Experience and knowledge. I am working with 5.7L/A . My performance is full of satisfied as per my PMS and Annually rating . I want to change organisation for growth and learn something new. Can you suggest me any opportunity as per my Experience and my knowledge for my better growth.

I learnt that such toxic people exist too. I learnt how to be a dictator. I learnt office politics. I learnt how to take credit for someone else’s work. I learnt what kind of leader I don’t want to be and where I don’t want to be !

...our work. 2. The managers are nano managers( micro management is an insult) 3. They don’t your salary till 12th-13th of the month. 4. They don’t discuss your work progress and appraisals. 5. Large amount of variable ( leading to low in hand salary) which isn’t paid on time. 6. Work life imbalance. Unannounced 70 hour work week. 7. Gender discrimination. 8. Personal attacks and taunts. Unsupportive seniors, gaslighting leaders. 9. 9 hours mandatory attendance, if you reach before 10 you need to apply for attendance request. The manager checks the time sheet of everyone everyday. The receptionist notes the in and out time. NO WORK FROM HOME, even if you are dying. 10. No process, biasedness, non-communication.
