Overall training ,career growth is very good ,but salary incrament,apraisal and other venifits are too low and not much satisfactory learing , work invironment ,innovation and work life is good ,company should give the permotion to long term employee and other benifits .

Offroll policy not much salary increament and apraisal should be deployed ..for employee

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that involves in Project Vijay, we were the part of JIO deployment

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend vendor calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times

Manager and HR department are very bad they don’t know how to behave junior.They are not working properly and we have any problems they are never solve and salary main problems is salary.We are never get our salary proper date we are salary received middle of month 45 days work then the hr give our salary

I learnt that such toxic people exist too. I learnt how to be a dictator. I learnt office politics. I learnt how to take credit for someone else’s work. I learnt what kind of leader I don’t want to be and where I don’t want to be !

...our work. 2. The managers are nano managers( micro management is an insult) 3. They don’t your salary till 12th-13th of the month. 4. They don’t discuss your work progress and appraisals. 5. Large amount of variable ( leading to low in hand salary) which isn’t paid on time. 6. Work life imbalance. Unannounced 70 hour work week. 7. Gender discrimination. 8. Personal attacks and taunts. Unsupportive seniors, gaslighting leaders. 9. 9 hours mandatory attendance, if you reach before 10 you need to apply for attendance request. The manager checks the time sheet of everyone everyday. The receptionist notes the in and out time. NO WORK FROM HOME, even if you are dying. 10. No process, biasedness, non-communication.

Working in HFCL is a good work environment , overall good place to work with balance your personal life . Company is very employee friendly and good culture for emloyee endorsements.

Dislikes

Only one Drawback with HFCl for salary coming late .
