We can gain experience

Dislikes

They expect to stay back and work extra hours, they make the employees work on some Sundays also. They won't provide all the information in the offer letter & say in future as per the norms of our company we did. They are no job security they can terminate anything, and won't inform you earlier. There are no hikes or appraisals.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
