...rd Motor Company. The culture of the company is good as like the parent company. Decent salary benefits, employee friendly company, they are very supportive innovation and process improvements.

Dislikes

Here in India they don't much projects and certain projects don't have much scope to learn. Management team should focus on getting much better projects and sometimes the work pressure is more. On the job and basic fundamental training should be increased.

Good culture, safe work environment for men, women and all. No prejudice and harassment. Easily approachable management.

...ts for product development team. Job security and future stability is uncertain. 100% of variable pay is not being paid due to company performance. It even goes down to 50%

I like the Infrastructure and and friendly team

Sometimes you have to work a lot hours to finish the task and the salary is low because I'm working under agency I think... And the travel takes 2 hours for me to go home so totally 4 hours gone in a day that sucks a lot

If you are direct employee then paid leaves are more than adequate. Company spends on upskilling employees . Work life balance depends on the team

1. Salary is less than market standard 2. Variable component will never be paid more than 50% 3. No job security there are multiple rounds of silent layoffs 4. Don't fall for good WLB and decent pay, you will be disappointed

Roles and responsibilities are not clear. Most of the times the work given to us is not relevant to our knowledge and not so fruitful for the employee point of view Top level management is not so good in the recent years
