It's a subsidiary of parent company Ford Motor Company. The culture of the company is good as like the parent company. Decent salary benefits, employee friendly company, they are very supportive innovation and process improvements.

Dislikes

Here in India they don't much projects and certain projects don't have much scope to learn. Management team should focus on getting much better projects and sometimes the work pressure is more. On the job and basic fundamental training should be increased.
