Apart from salary been credited on time nothing was proper in my process. Complete politics & chamcha's hired in the process.

Dislikes

Politics & pathetic work life balance. Hexaware BPS is in complete mess, specially Phonepe Process. It is run by stupid & unethical persons. Specially managers like Tamojoy & Manpreet does not have any clue in how to run business.

Likes

Operations Team under the leadership of Harjeet, Balaji and Kirrit Patel.

Dislikes

Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

Dislikes

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

If u can speak quite good English then u will be selected easily in any process and also if u didn't get selected that's bcz ur communication is not good enough or u r pretty much smarter then the interviewer, this was my personal exp during interview.

Dislikes

...they will ask u some nonsense docx, the company don't believe in digitalization. Fr some process the salary they r offering fr freshers and experienced r same :)
