...t work from employee, no talking sense , no manners Dont join this organization salary deduction is more No appraisal No quality of resouce Not trained interviewer and get selected easily no work life balance HR portals and APPS are very pathetic even not able to raise ticket or can see salary related or attendance related. In less salary they want expert like work. Food is unygenic and costly

Salary on time. You will get variable part quarterly in salary. WFH available.

Dislikes

Company outsource employees and you will report to client's manager. It is my experience that my hexaware manager doesn't have time to talk with me 5 minutes. There is no portal to search internal project openings. If you want to change project then you have to beg in front of your manager. There is no resource manager and HR is the most silent department in company. No one talk with you about your appraisal. You will get mandatory training emails but you won't get project in that technology. Here is lack of project.

...sponsive from the start of your interview. 2. No forceful project allocation. 3. Salary is better compare to other Indian IT companies 4. Small company , so have more perks.

Dislikes

1. Projects are using very old tech. 2. You will have opportunity to learn new tech but there is no project to explore your learnings 3. People are not helpful. If you ping someone and ask for help. They may not come back to you at all

Likes

Initial compensation is attractive. Good in providing onsite opportunities. Good management and long association with few accounts. Work culture and policies are good.

Dislikes

HR and admin staff could be more responsive especially for the folks who work at onsite. Relatively weak in acquiring new accounts. Appraisals could be more organized and increments for existing employees are not up to the industry standards.

Like other service based company it has good work life balance.

...if you are not covering 9:15 hours daily automatically leaves will be deducted . Very low compensation and no hikes for last 3 years
