Hexaware is the 1st well known company were I have worked. Here the environment is very good. Management will take initiative soon for every things. I had a very good experience in this company. I learnt so many things from here. And I'm missing hexaware badly bcz company provided so many facilities nd I also have so many experience. I got a gud opportunity when I came back from hexaware then I comes to know Brand is brand

Nothing, the management is bull shit, policies are worst. Not safe environment to work.

No Salary, OTs are paid as in like they are paying for labour 500 or 800 maximum. To a AM/TL agent level it is even worst.

Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. Job insecurity would always be there if management don't like you than it's over for you.

The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.

My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.
